== Assignment 3 - Design your Business ==
*You can read more details about this assignment [[Assignment_3–_Design_your_business|here]]

=== Business Ideas ===
=== Network: connecting farmers and urban citizens ===
Our idea is to create an online webpage, where farmers could place advertisements for "help needed". They would write when, for how long and what kind of help they need and what they offer in return. Interested people (from the cities etc) can then go and help the farmers! There would be some fees to see the full information on the site and there would also be opportunity for paid advertisements. Our SE would also offer volunteers to the farmers to help guide the people who come to help and organize "workshops" on recycling and upcycling. We would like to connect some of the farmers' jobs with education on recycling and upcycling knowhow. So the SE has more than one branch, but tries to keep those branches as connected as possible.

=== Joanna Storie - Alpaca fleece lined art waistcoats ===
* The blanket of the alpaca is the most valuable part of the fleece and is used for spinning and felting, however, fleece from the belly, legs and short fibres are not useful in this way and potentially waste. Using these fibres sandwiched between fabric reduces waste, along with upcycling of old clothes to make the outer layer of the art waistcoats using quilting and applique techniques.
=== Iida-Leena Allik - Creating an environment for personal change ===
* Developing my farm further towards different possibilities to offer Space for Change for people interested. Offering different camps/programs/seminars/clinics (learning from horses is the overall topic, but also music, ceramics...etc)/guided hiking in the nature to open up the senses and learn from the nature. Working together with my neighbours in developing nature trails(also open to public) and offering accommodation. In case there is extra profit, we could build small heated cottages on our land for working students and therefor the knowledge and skills we offer could reach also young people with smaller financial capacity.
=== Tara Durieux - Sleeping at the farmer ===
* Sleeping at the farmer! Rural tourism whereby people can help the farmer during the day with minor tasks, sleep and eat own produced food (also having the option to buy food). Usually people only stay for 1 or 2 days and need to pay for accommodation. Thus, you could consider it as a bed and breakfast but with a whole rural life experience attached to it.

=== Saeid Saadat - Recycling booth where you can indicate your innovation ===
* The aim of this Social Entrepreneur is to preparing the stations/booth (in different spot of the cities and villages) which are offering some baskets and each person can have a basket for his/her own.When ever he/she fills the whole basket with recyclable products and waste can receive the opportunity of attending the workshop where can learn how to use the waste and recyclable materials in way of making usable things, in other words by the collected materials which are in usable condition people can make new products, That makes people more innovative and more active in society. Also it will be logical to held some competition not only among the participants of this trend but the designer from any field to engage with culture of being more green.
so with this interactive trend the culture of collecting and sorting wastes and recycling will be cultivated and people attention would be drawn to their environment and value of the nature and danger of garbage.

=== Mihaela Radu- Online market ===
Romanian citizens are extremely familiar to local products, as the markets are open daily and fresh vegetables, fruits and other products are being sold mostly by farmers. However, the trend of supermarkets has won the market and imported products are prefered. My idea is to create an online platform where people can order products from farmers nearby. This basket will be delivered straight to their home.

* The aim of this Social Entrepreneur is to preparing the stations/booth (in different spot of the cities and villages) which are offering some baskets and each person can have a basket for his/her own.When ever he/she fills the whole basket with recyclable products and waste can receive the opportunity of attending the workshop where can learn how to use the waste and recyclable materials in way of making usable things, in other words by the collected materials which are in usable condition people can make new things, That makes people more innovative and make them more active in society.
so with this interactive event the culture of collecting and sorting wastes and recycling will be cultivated and people attention would be drawn to their environment and value of the nature and danger of garbage.

=== Member 5 - Own (local) idea ===
* Please write 1-2 sentences about an idea you have for your own context. You will elaborate on this a bit further at the end of the seminar (1 page reflection)

*We will add further specifications later on. Not all of this assignment will be published on the wiki as there will also be confidential contents
=== Your working group's first idea(s) ===
* '''As a group''', please write 2-3 sentences about your '''common''' idea
