Daniela worked with the students from the College of Engineering, and looked into enablers and barriers of entrepreneurial mindset, team dynamics, human center design and into a variety of processes related to developing a social venture. She aims to use models of social entrepreneurship as sustainable economic solutions to community development issues. In 2018 she was awarded the International Women of Courage Award in Romania from the U.S. Embassy in Romania.
