Talk:Social Entrepreneurship for Local Change Online Seminar 2016 - Working Group M
Questions for the tutor and some answers:
Question 1:what should be the conclusion of talking about similarities of our challenges? Answer: Did you discuss already on this? I see similarities in: quality of the city, sustainable development issues, a role for education and job creation, social learning with a community to make neighborhoods better and start jobs at the same time, greening the city initiatives
Question 2: Do we have to agree on one challenge for the group and work with that? Answer: If there is a common ground: Yes! Are there local initiatives of Social entrepreneurship that can help us all with ideas for your own case?
Question 3: what are the requirements for the presentation? Answer: 5 slides (ppt > JPEG), as is indicated in the Wiki for the group assignment 1. Ellen Fetzer has suggested subjects for these slides, but we have to compress five local situations into one summary slide. So I would suggest to prepare these slides for each local assignment and put the common grounds into the one slide that we will present. E.g. stakeholder analysis: "What are the stakeholders that play a role in all the local challenges ?"
Question 4: what is the expected content for the presentation, what do you want to see? Answer: We would like to see the 5 slides + comments per slide (that you present in a spoken presentation)
Remark: Personally speaking (Stuti), I think the cmap and the wiki is more confusing than helping us students to understand the exact tasks for the assignments. There is no clear outline, what's the individual and what's the group work for and what will be expected. We're more or less just afraid of missing a deadline for an assignment. Answer: There is still time, no worry! You can use any form of visualization. Even consider something like a Mind-Map with the problem in the middle.
